Science fascinates me. As does method, process and concept. Food cultures across the world hold a mixed bag of practices that may or may not be validated by science. I am quite obsessed with the bridges between tradition and science.
I love to cook. I grow most of my green grocery needs. Atlanta offers a great climate to grow food all year. I volunteer to convert lawns to food gardens and don’t keep count. And I read food and soil science with interest. There is a lot to write and discuss.
My PhD is in Finance and my work of 35 years were in the financial sector in India. Discovering how healthy food need not be boring is what we will do here in the blog. Together.
Hop on, it is a fun ride to meet science and tradition in growing, cooking and eating healthy food.
