Daily Creative challenge 74

It was a very long day at the yard today. Spring is here and there is a lot of work to do. We settled for a simple meal at the end of the day. 

Pesarattu used to be crisp earlier with the addition of rice and finely ground batter. We made it softer today with only sprouted mung with the addition of fresh peas and coriander from the garden. 

Paired it with a carrot and Chinese cabbage salad, dressed with salt and pepper. I forgot to add the microgreens I had harvested. A handful of peanuts tossed in for crunch. 

Oven roasted red onions and ridge gourd mashed into yogurt to which black sesame chutney powder has been added. The chutney is ridge gourd peel roasted with chillies and fresh coriander and ground with coconut and lemon juice.
